Deutsche Bank credit card fraud

I would like to express my opinion on the credit cards issued by Deutsche bank.The person who called me for this card told that there was cash back on every purchase which I make on this card whether it's a grocery, airline tickets and what so ever.I was happy and he was explaining me that on each category how much percentage cash back would be given.

By emphasizing on this , he convinced me to take this card.So instead of using my regular card, I started using this card.Once the statement came , I saw that there wasn't any cash back.I had to paaay the actual amount .I called them and they said that the cashback doesn't mean that they will give cash back on each transaction.But once you have 250 or more points on the cards then there after you can redeem those points for money.

I was very angry and frustrated.They agreed that the person who gave me the credit card was telling lies.Even in theeir brochures they have just mentioned that there will be this much cash back on the categories.No where they have explained the real picture of this cashback.

So Next time if any one of you plan to buy this credit card thinking that there will be cashback on each transaction.Be careful.This credit card serves no such purpose and the bank people just try to make you fool by giving false picture of their credit card hiding the actual truth.
